Real quick, going to give an explanation of this format for those of you who are new to the broadcast.

I do a live stream on my

telegram channel on the second Saturday of every month at 1 p.m. Eastern.

Lately I've been doing a lot of question and answer sessions. Sometimes I do a topical

teaching. This episode today will be another question and answer session.

So we do the live stream at 1 p.m. Eastern generally goes for somewhere between an hour

and hour and a half.
