Summary

Ellyn is joined by Emily Pelphrey, a former criminal prosecutor at the County, State and Federal levels. Ellyn does a quick Karen Read update before they dive into the Diddy trial and the recent verdict reached. Emily notably was the prosecutor on the Richard Beasley trial -- the Ohio Craiglist Killer who, prior to the escalation, authorities were building a human trafficking case against. There are a number of similarities between both trials, and they look at the system through the lense of Emily's prosecution experience.
