Wednesday night, I was laying awake at three o'clock in the morning because I couldn't breathe out

And I thought, oh, I have a sinus infection. I get sinus infections every year.

Every time I get them, I, for the first four days, I have one. I have no idea what's wrong with me.

I cannot understand why I feel so bad. I'm not getting better. And then usually around 3 o'clock in the morning when I can't sleep, I'll put together that
