Hi, hi everyone. First of all, I think you can hear it in my voice. I am sick. I have a sinus infection.

Remember how there are other illnesses besides COVID? Because I didn't

remember that. And I spent like three days taking COVID tests like so sure I had COVID. And then on

Wednesday night, I was laying awake at three o'clock in the morning because I couldn't breathe out

of my nose. And my face was an excruciating pain.

And I thought, oh, I have a sinus infection. I get sinus infections every year.

Every time I get them, I, for the first four days, I have one. I have no idea what's wrong with me.

I cannot understand why I feel so bad. I'm not getting better. And then usually around 3 o'clock in the morning when I can't sleep, I'll put together that

I have a sinus infection. So I'm on a Z-pack. By the way, God bless modern medicine. I used,

it's called push health, I think. I've used them in the past to get a new inhaler.

I don't have a primary care doctor. Yeah, it's not good. I know. But I have really shitty insurance.

So to go to urgent care, I kind of pay out of pocket. It's a whole thing. My deductible is $7,000,

but my job gives me like $200 a month in my HSA. So I don't really pay out

a pocket for healthcare stuff. It's honestly better in some ways than my last job where my

premium was like $1,500 or my deductible was $1,500 because I had to pay premiums and here I

don't pay premiums. It's the whole thing. But to go to urgent care is like $150. And if you go on push-health.com or whatever it's called,

I just, I am with the doctor. I pay $65. And I was like, I have a sinus infection. Can you

give me antibiotics? And they were like, yeah, we'll call in a Z pack for you so medicine

included I spent $70 it's I really recommend it if you are a person that is good at the doctor

which I am I honestly it started before I was a drug addict I swear I've just always been good

at advocating at the doctor for what I need or want. I have taught many friends in my life how to do it.
