Hey guys, welcome back to another episode of the Blessed and Bost Up podcast.

Today's episode is audio only over the last few months now.

We've been doing both the video and the audio, but this episode is audio only because a lot happened when I went to record with the video at the office.

My microphone, I didn't have the adapter, which happens all the time, but my backup, which is another mic that I have that we use for our clients.

That microphone ended up dying and what's crazy is on top of that, the power went out at the office and the building.

Now, when I'm at my office, I use my desktop, however, I'm at computer that I use there and I use my laptop everywhere else.

And so if I was on my laptop that wouldn't have been an issue, but it wasn't an issue because my desktop was plugged in.

So it was real ghetto needless to say if y'all on TikTok and y'all know that sound like you ain't got to worry about me.

That was me. I said, you know what?

We're going to go back to how we've been doing this for years and we're going to just make a shake with this audio at home, no video, real raggedy old school.

Okay.

But I'm really excited about today's episode.

The title is the chemical that's killing your consistency.

One more time, the chemical that's killing your consistency. But before we get into that, because I probably like, okay, sis, let's hear more.
