1:37.9	listeners some inspiration. How about you, Barb? You know, sometimes when the news gets overwhelming,
1:43.4	and this week was really a lot, there's a real heaviness to the news this week that was really bringing me down. But you know what I always find that brings me back? There are three things that are always good relief for me. Nature, exercise, but the other is just looking for human kindness.
2:02.4	And, you know, if you can give it all the better, but sometimes just watching it,
2:08.2	you know, my husband has been volunteering at our church's homeless shelter this week.
2:13.0	Like, what a beautiful act of kindness. I'm really proud of them. And it's great.
2:18.5	I've done it before.
2:19.3	It's wonderful to see the humanity of wonderful people who are enduring challenges in their lives.
2:25.6	And so I think, you know, it's like Mr. Rogers always said, look for the helpers.
2:29.8	But just seeing individual kindness at a human level, I think, can restore your hope for humanity.
