0:39.7	you like a reading about today? Okay. I would love a reading about my rollercoaster
0:46.9	ride from hell of a postpartum. This is your first child? Yes, first and only.
0:53.2	First and only. I had a rough pregnancy even though she was great. My daughter was
1:01.0	spectacular. Just the transition, the identity shift, the physical toll was a lot
1:07.7	mental, whatever. My birth was very smooth. Everything was great. And pretty much
1:14.2	the moment I got home from the hospital, everything blew up. I'm a trauma
1:20.4	survivor of a history of mental illness. I absolutely knew that I was a candidate
1:25.9	for postpartum depression and anxiety. So spent like a year basically building out
1:31.4	a support team. The head of that support team that two days before I left
1:37.1	the hospital got COVID. So all of that, all of that fell apart. Had to call 911 the night
1:44.2	I got home because of an issue I will not mention but it was in retrospect hilarious
1:49.3	but did have to call 911. Thankfully did not have to go to the hospital. Got an
1:55.2	infection a few days later. Had multiple multiple problems and my postpartum
2:03.6	depression, anxiety and OCD were there would be on anything I ever could have
2:07.9	imagined and I imagined the worst. But then in May, all of a sudden out of nowhere
