You're only stretching the ad and not the abs. I'm not doing enough. And they were like, yeah, well, yeah, because you're doing like static stretching and that's not necessarily going to get you to a place of getting more flexibility. You have to do more dynamic stretching. Right. And so you can do with that is actually doing those machines, the peek-boo machine and the no, not right now machine. |

They feel unhappy. But I think it's just because it's something new. It's just something I haven't felt before. Yeah. You know? So is that your bud this week? Oh, my bud? Sure. I'll give that as, uh, wait, the bud is, I'm, yeah, I'm looking forward to opening up my hips. I'm looking forward to finding more flexibility in my hips. Especially as we age, you know. |
