I'm so honored to be back, Corey, thanks for having me.

0:08.0

Yeah, for sure.

0:09.0

Well, so since the last time we talked, I actually shifted the premise of my podcast a little bit because you

0:14.4

know I've done over 400 episodes and wanted to keep things exciting so basically

0:20.8

the newest incarnation of it is looking at how do people who are doing extraordinary

0:29.2

things, which that of course is you, how do they go from having a normal life where they felt like they

0:38.4

desired to reach some higher level and what was the insight that they had that helped them realize that that was possible and that they stopped started walking towards that thing.

0:51.0

Now I'm curious for you, you know, and there are no rules here. It can be whatever, whatever you want, whatever part of the journey, whatever insight that you had, but something along the way from becoming, you know, who you were to, you know, the

1:07.5

incredible person you are today, something that clicked and hit you that made you realize something you need to do to start moving in that direction.

1:17.2

Well, thank you for the kind words and I think I might answer this a bit differently because it wasn't for me a realization, an idea, even a desire to just to use your language as I do think resonates for a lot of, be at a higher level or a different level. I mean I had come to the end when this

1:36.4

insight occurred that I will share in a second I'd come to the end of what I thought were all of the achievements

1:42.2

that I had wanted to make for myself or create for myself.

1:46.0

Having a successful private practice, being in a relationship, having the choice to be able to move home to my home city and more or less choose where I lived.

1:56.0

And what I'd come to realize gradually over time it wasn't a moment is how disconnected and unfulfilled I was feeling from the life I created that I thought was going to result in feeling connection and fulfillment and all of the good stuff.

2:11.0

And so the insight for me was really kind of pulling back you know

2:16.4

myself in a way and beginning to explore and really realizing that many of the

2:21.3

choices that were leading me to achieve all of those things

2:24.3

weren't really coming from my authentic self or the deeper space of once and desires.

2:30.5

And once I, that would be what I would find is the insight once I realized that I was living very much disconnected

2:37.0

From myself at my core I wasn't meeting the needs of my body I wasn't aware of what my emotions were, I wasn't kind of looking

2:45.0

internally to be guided.
