Summary

This week, Minneapolis’ finest, the rapper Prof takes a seat in The Wayback! (Powderhorn Suites, Horse.) Prof talks about growing up in the Powderhorn section of Minneapolis as part of a large blended family, running with a graffiti crew, school pranks, and joyriding. Then Ryan and Prof get nostalgic as they go through some of Prof’s recently discovered childhood photos, getting a glimpse of his early public rap performances, and seeing him dressed up for the Minneapolis MayDay parade. Prof also tells us what is was like growing up right next door to the neighborhood’s biggest drug dealer and king of the airwaves, “Full Blast!”
