Hello.

So what we're talking about this week?

Well, this week I have been off squirreling around in the internet.

I did actually a few weeks ago,

and I've spent a lot of time doing hour-long unguided meditations in the morning.

And I go through ebbs and flows of going, oh, I don't need guided meditation.

I'm better off my own now on the silence.

And then I do get a thing after a few weeks ago,

it'd be nice for

someone just to lead me through a bit right yeah and i'm not always available for you i'm

i try every morning i phone you and every morning you don't pick up so i started looking and i

thought being the big ed that i am i realized this the other day i'm looking for like the jazz

of guardian meditations what does that mean like the jazz of Guardian Meditations.

What does that mean?

Like the kind of the good stuff, like the heavy stuff.

Like I go, I think I'm a bit of a, what's it called, Billy Big Trousers or whatever in meditation now.

You think you know more than you actually do?

Yeah, but you go, oh, I don't want to just out.

I don't want to, I've done lots of the kind of headspace and stuff.

So I started looking at different places, going to, oh, I really want to find someone who's going to do a non-duality, proper hardcore non-duality, guided meditation.

I'm going to stop you right now because I hear this phrase over and over again.
