Welcome back to the Soberful podcast

This is episode 27, I can't believe we've done so many

That's crazy

Oh, I know. It's great.

It's flown by. Yeah. So you finally got to see a star as born, right? I did. I mean, I've seen

the old version, but I saw the new one. I thought it was absolutely fantastic. And I thought it was

really pertinent to soberfall and the whole concept of what we get involved in.

The thing that struck me most of all was his kind of complete inability,

often to even register that his behavior was really upsetting people.

For some reason, it was that aspect of it that really resonated with me,

maybe because I'm a man or whatever,

but I just really got that he just didn't register,

that his behaviour was really awful for everybody else. And that was painful, I think, for me at

times, because when I hear back now and talk back about some of the things I did when I was

drinking, there is a complete lack of caring about the impact on other people.

And I think I find that quite difficult. But no, I thought it was an incredible film.
