Summary

To learn more about the challenges of instructional coaching, I asked two coaches to explain what they do, how they approach their work, and what they have learned about helping teachers improve. In this episode, I talk to Eric Sandberg, an instructional coach from Pennsylvania.

| 1:27.6 | informal relationships with other teachers where maybe they're asking us for help or maybe |
| 1:32.3 | we're seeing that they could use some help. |
| 1:35.9 | And so I think listening to both Gretchen and Eric, it's really helpful to hear how they |
| 1:41.6 | approach the work and how much they value relationships and how carefully they approach |
