All right, so today's going to be some tough love, some real talk for you and

0:13.4

might be selling yourself short in a certain area of your life.

0:18.7

This was definitely my situation where I felt like I was surrounded by people

0:22.9

that did not lift me up, especially in the beginning of my business, in the beginning of me

0:28.2

pushing for huge things in life. And the revelation kind of came to me when I was going through

0:33.6

a very similar situation as what you're going through right now. I was following a 31 day

0:37.9

journey and one of the days was basically to make a vision board and she explained how she,

1:33.1

to go for drinks on a Friday night instead of what are we doing in terms of goals and aspirations

1:37.5

and where are we going in life and people that, you know, elevated you. And that was really something

1:42.2

that I took to heart. And I started to realize that you are

1:46.9

the average of the five people that you hang around with most. So I want you to think about the five

1:52.9

people that you hang around with the most, whether it be your coworkers, your family, your friends,

1:58.7

and what the conversations look like. One of the greatest quotes that I
