Hi, Chad. And today we have sitting here with us the one and only Ben Kinney.

It's a section of one. I'm sure it's much larger than that. There are other

people out there cheering just to help you feel better

about yourself because I know you need it. Speaking about you though Ben we

want to jump right into this episode and talk about the way that people can

win and lose with you it's a topic that you've talked about many times,

something that we've all remembered. The other day I was on Twitter for the first time, Bob, I think

it was you tweeted something, so it drove me back to Twitter for the first time in, I don't know how long.

And Ben, I was just playing around and I saw you still have the same image posted to the top of your Twitter feed that you've had since 2016 and it talks about how to win and how to lose with you as a leader.

Tell me a little bit more about that before we dive into those lessons.

You ever had a relationship, hypothetically, a spouse, a girlfriend, a boyfriend,

partner, employee, and you didn't know where you stood at any time?

All the time. You didn't know exactly what you had to do to get

ahead or to not screw up. You know, that lack of clarity can harm and affect a lot of relationships.

And working with me as everybody in this room knows it's difficult

and challenging and maybe every once in a while awesome.

But what I try to do is make sure that there's no lack of clarity on the relationship and my expectations of the people that I specifically in business that I work with.

So I made this list a long time ago,

and I haven't had to change it
