1:56.4	which means that 2022 is halfway over, which is absolutely wild. As we finish out Pride Month,

2:07.4	everything happening in the world, especially considering its election year if you are based in the United States.
2:13.2	Something you've heard me talk a lot about, of course, on this podcast is fighting the patriarchy,
2:17.4	fighting these patriarchal systems that exist that keep folks disenfranchised. Women, people of color,
2:23.2	members of the LGBTQ plus community, disabled people, anyone who's of a minority group.
2:30.3	In fighting the patriarchy, we do that with our time, with our money, with our vote,
2:34.6	and one of the biggest ways to make meaningful change is by engaging with elections and elected officials.
