But first, I wanted to give you three of my best no tips to start your year off right.

Tip number one. Alas, if you're already over scheduling yourself in 2022 and I know you are,

get Alas into your vocabulary stat. This is a polite, easy breezy way to say no that has the

added benefit of making it sound like you really wish you could be doing the thing you said no to.

Even if you don't wish that at all. Plus, it carries a hint of sophistication, like so. Alas,

I'm not available to dogs at this weekend. Alas, I can't stay late at work tonight. I have plans.

Alas, February is already chock full of lunch dates. How about March? And that brings me to tip number
