See what I'm doing here is I've had some feedback, some kickback over the swearing.

Now, I know that not a lot of you might not mind the swearing. I do swear a lot on this podcast. It's because I'm basically trying to think of things, you know? And when I'm trying to think of things, the word flip, right, becomes a comma so I am giving myself time let's see it

happen right there is I would have normally swore in that bit so in the end you got

an arm so fuck you but look genuinely

I'm gonna try and cut down the swearing a little bit and I'm gonna use it I'm gonna do that

by using old-fashioned so the words that I use with my son you know oh sugar old flipping out old old

sugar, old flippin L, oh fiddle sticks, fiddle sticks.

So fiddle sticks, that just sounds like something

Rolf Harris would have used, don't it?

So, I mean that's a good example that you know, you can take out the swearing, but the

content still can be, shall we say, you know, on the adult side.

And look, it's a risk because some of you might be listening in for the swearing.

Some of you might think swearing is big and it is clever, and I need to keep flipping going with it and stop being such a silly nut. But yeah so if anyone if anyone wants to

keep tabs on the swearing now I think this could be a thing is if you keep

like a tally count and I will do it like a swear jar so if one person
