We do have a rule here on the show, a ground rule.

Do you want to, do you want to elaborate on that a little, Mike?

Sure.

We have one rule and it's pretty strict.

And that rule is there are no rules. Yeah. And if you don't follow that one

rule, you're in big trouble. That's right. Although it's pretty easy to follow it. It is. That's true.

And it sounds like we're being, you know, flip about it. But in fact, we do want this to be a very

open conversation, which is why we say there's

no rules.

And I'm so glad you said that because that really is, it does sound flip and it does sound

tongue and cheek.

Right.

But the reality is we mean it.

We really mean it.

This is not, we don't want anyone, you or I to feel like we can't say what we're, what's on our mind because that's why we're here.
