We are joined by a guest friend of the show, friend of real life. Mike Kapling. What's going on, man?

Hey, thanks for having me. Happy to be back.

Hey, I'm glad you're back. And I'm very, very jealous of Roger. Roger has got to meet you twice. I haven't met you.

What? So that is on my list of things to do.

It'll happen. I mean, it really, it's surprising. I'm like, oh, that's right. I mean, we, I feel like we're so close here.

We're like just inches away. Our faces on the screen. But somehow I understand that it's not the same.

I have to, I have to arrange to have Mike as a surprise guest at one of our lunches, Karen. I like having him as a secret plus one.

So I'm okay with that.

Mike, how have you been, man? I feel like it's been a little while since we talked to you. I think you got like a haircut since the last time you were on our show.

Yeah, that's about it.

I think it's just the length of hair, nothing else doing everything else the same. One major facet of life change that is happening is I've been living in this particular building in Brooklyn for the past eight years.

And my girlfriend has been living here for the past six years. And we just found out in the past month that neither of us can keep doing that beyond next month.

So at the end of next month, we must, apparently the building has a boiler system from before there were boilers more systems.

They have they have to, they're not up to code. So they have to switch to electric from gas. And that's going to the landlord says, and he's, he's a nice man, a nice, a nice, a nice man who is a landlord.
