So you know tonight we've had a great conversation with doctor Anisa Doss. Dr. Doss is an associate professor in the division of pulmonary and critical care as well as sleep medicine at the Ohio State University where she's the director of the home sleep testing program.

She's a past chair of the sleep network for chest and is a current chair of the board of view course in sleep medicine for chest clinically she works with the bariatric surgeons at Ohio State to help treat perioperative sleep disorders and their patients.

And so during our discussion we had some great pearls curbs of Dr. Doss in regards to OHS specifically discussing diagnostic tools and management options.

Absolutely I am a 47 year old eternal optimist who absolutely believes it smiles our contagious who is considered very active as a cyclist and hiker but not very athletic but thankfully the mother of two very athletic teenage boys.

Can I just mention that my wife and I have this joke because she like you as an eternal optimist and that I'm my best self on air I'm very happy on air but I'm not I can be a little bit of a grump at home sometimes.

And so I was she's like you should we should get you a shirt that says smiles are contagious because it will just be the most ironic and my wife is always just smiling so much and I'm just like walking around grumpy so you're well balanced.
