group, which, if you're like me, I didn't, I didn't even know what a purchasing group was

until I connected with these guys, um, essentially just think Costco for builders.

Yeah, like, so that 49 rotisserie chicken, like they're doing that for the studs.

Yeah, like your lumber, you're banding together and you have, you're buying in bulk a bunch

of smaller companies, having the impact of larger companies.

So essentially, the, where they got the idea from was the larger national builders that have,

they do so much volume, essentially, that they can tell manufacturers, vendors that, hey,

this is the price that we want to pay for drywall for these appliances, for these studs.

And they buy so much that they are able to get the pricing that they want for the builds.

So the idea with this company is essentially to find a bunch of smaller builders that can

band together to create a buying initiative within a certain geographic market and, and

get more competitive pricing closer to, um, what those national builders get.
