So Tim Michael is the creator and best-selling author and podcast host of The Ten Factor using his 10th Month success blueprint.

He helps consultants and entrepreneurs create a thriving business built around their ideal lifestyle.

Like many of us as successful entrepreneurs, Tim failed his way to success, as he says.

In 2008 in particular, he lost $334,200, very specific amount after he resigned from a very successful

12-year corporate management career to pursue his

side business full time. So he's made that transition just as I did from the corporate world

to owning his first business. He'll share that story in a minute. His business grew exponentially,

but one bad business deal left Tim's company almost bankrupt.

Tapping into emergency funds, he fought back and restructured the business,

resulting in a new profit-producing model that he says required less than 40% effort.

So he really re-engineered the way that he ran his business.
