Oh my god, how to even describe where I have been for the last six months. I can't even believe

that I've been gone for six months. I think if you would have told me when I recorded

my final episode before my turnity leave in early December, that I would have waited until now to be

back, I probably wouldn't have believed you mostly because I've shared my life so publicly for the

last 11 years and for the podcast almost six years. So it's been a rare time to hold some things

closer to my heart and I know a lot of you have been wondering if I was coming back when I was coming

back and what that was going to look like. And I had to wait for many reasons, but one of those

reasons was because motherhood has been a true initiation. When you guys have heard me talk about

the ceremony of life, it's been the ultimate ceremony of life. So from, I want to say from the

day that Atticus was born, 1221, 21 until now, everything has been a catapulted journey into

a sunshine and living quite extremely differently than I ever have before. But in all honesty,

I can say it actually started before that. I think the third trimester of pregnancy for me

was a similar initiation and that's when it all began. At that time, I was going through death cycles,

rebirth cycles. I had a really intense final month of pregnancy where I was having contractions

every day for a month. And I'll tell you all about that in next week's episode with Jonathan.
