Sarah, and Sarah's story is called Hypnagogic Parasomnia, also known as Nightmares Wall

Awake.

When I was between 8 and 10, I woke up because I felt someone watching me, and it seemed

like a light came on in my room, but it wasn't the overhead light.

The overhead light was the only light in my bedroom, and the light switch was very loud,

so I woke up very frightened when I saw a small soft yellow glowing light next to the wall

by my window.

You may have seen pictures of old-fashioned light switches that had two round buttons,

and that was the kind of light switch that was in my room.
