tracking your income is step number one. One, because when you realize that this industry is not

suffering from an income problem, then there's power there. When you see how much money is coming

in the door and going out the door, that's when you begin to start to realize that change is possible,

that moving things is possible. When you're like, oh my gosh, that's how much I made in a year,

then you can start to claim that as well. And that's what gets you to homeownership. That's what gets you

to Social Security. That's what gets you to unemployment if you need it. Habit and automation is

who gets to interview amazing people like Barbara. Not only are they small and mighty investors,

she is kind of the epitome of a small and mighty investors. She is kind of the

epitome of a small and mighty investor. She has one rental property with her spouse and does very

well. It's a long distance. She lives in New York City. It's in Boston. And it produces good income.

She also has traditional investments and owns a business, a construction business in Manhattan.

And so she's achieved financial independence.

But the really amazing thing to me is also to hear how she got there, the story behind it.

She started off in her teen years, not going to college, had a very difficult, challenging

family situation, which I'll let her talk more about in the interview.
