In the United States, rights are outlined for criminal prosecutions in the Sixth Amendment.

You're familiar with the terms, right to a speedy trial, impartial jury, right to retain counsel,

and also the right to be able to represent yourself.

It's rare to see someone represent oneself for many reasons.

And as Abraham Lincoln once said,

quote, a man that represents himself has a fool for a client."

And tonight we talk about someone who chose to represent himself and was able to

chillingly cross-examine his victim, and in this case, his own flesh and blood.
