0:24.7	speculations about area 51 or area 54 or whatever it is and even about 9-11.
0:31.8	But what about the Catholic Church? Is there a conspiracy to bring it down?
0:35.8	The clergy of his crisis has weakened the Church's authority, made younger Catholics
0:40.0	pull away from the faith and cost. The were really in general to believe the church is filled
0:44.6	with priests abusing children.
0:46.5	Well listen to this, when a CS Lewis wrote a book called The Screw Tape Letters,
0:50.8	it's a fictional account of a senior devil agent about how to corrupt
0:56.1	the creation of the enemy and the enemy of course is God and his creation is us, humanity.
1:03.0	But in the book's epilogue, there is a banquet of Satan's followers,
1:08.7	and they drink to the fine wine, get this,
1:11.2	a Pharisee and priest, because they say the best way to corrupt God's
1:16.8	creation is at the altar. Now even if you don't believe in God or Satan or evil forces attacking the church, there is a crumbling or decaying of the church from the inside.
1:30.0	And that's what my guest today believes is happening that two scores of centuries of forces from the outside from Nero to Napoleon have tried and failed to bring the church down, but it's the forces from the inside that appear to be what's causing its downfall right now
