completely impromptu. So before we get into the Q&A though, I am feeling a little bit just all over the place and I was thinking I was going to do a little mini meditation before recording and then I had the thought,

everyone and I can kind of get into the zone when I do it and yeah we can just

start off with a little mini meditation here if you're driving or doing

something that requires focus obviously you just skip through this but if you are at

home and you have just like two minutes to sit down and do this meditation with me,

I highly recommend it. It can totally change your seat. So close your eyes.

Sit down somewhere comfortable. get into the zone.

Feeling your body, acknowledging your heart beating, getting out of your head and

just feeling your physical body for a moment.

I always say that to get out of that overthinking pattern.

The best thing to do is get into your body, focus on your physical body.
