John Frankie, Zach, and I are taking a little holiday break, so we thought it was high time,

especially for those of you who are new, that we replayed what we will always consider our most exciting episode ever, our complete interview with JK Rolling.

This was taped in late 2007, less than six months after the publication of Harry Potter and the Deathly

Hallows, which means we were hashing through a lot of interesting theories and discussions with Joe,

and it was one of the first times she was able to discuss the series

without holding anything back. Some of these things are now proving relevant as we talk about

Fantastic Beasts. The Potter casters at the time were John Noe, Sue Upton, and myself.

You'll also hear discussion of an auction.

This was taped the day that Joe's Tales of Beetle the Bard copy went on auction and

raised 2 million pounds for charity and Joe was a little bit excited about it.
