1:01.8	First up, Paul discusses the doctrine of Scripture. God in his love and generosity has spoken truth to us in His Word. Because every human being is an interpreter, this means I don't live life based on the facts of my experience, but based on my interpretation of the facts.
1:20.7	So hold that for a minute. And because sin reduces all of us to fools, I need a place where there's a reliable body of truth and wisdom that I know is, will always be right, is forever reliable and trustworthy.
1:43.3	Now, what that means now is I'm not just left to myself, either to my foolishness, because
1:50.4	wisdom is available to me, and I'm not just left to try to figure things out of my own,
1:55.8	with my own little private interpretations, but now I have a rescuing and an interpretive tool for my everyday life.
2:04.9	And so for me, I'm always asking the question, what does the Bible say about this?
2:11.7	What biblical information is around this?
2:14.8	What is God said about this issue? And so the Bible is comprehensive
2:22.7	without being exhaustive. So it gives me all the information I need to live the way that God
2:31.7	has designed for me to live without talking about everything.
