1:19.5	All right. Welcome, Christy. I'm so excited to have you on the podcast. I'm excited too, Krista. How are you?
1:26.4	Good. Hopefully no one will hear the chaos of the mowing
1:29.6	that is happening in my neighbor's house right now. No distractions. No distractions. It's inevitable,

So, well, listen, we were talking before we hit record and I was saying that one of the things I love about doing these interviews is just giving people the opportunity to tell their story in a way that other people can hear and other people can relate to because at least I know for me, especially early on in widowhood and after Hugo died, I didn't really know any widows.
2:02.9	Definitely not widows my age.
2:05.2	And it's so depressing when you go online and all you see are people who are still talking about how sad they are and how unhappy they are and how they cry every day.
2:15.1	And so the more stories that we can tell that are
2:18.0	real and human and not polished, but like real and human and also give people hope, the better.
