day this week to record because we're not prepared for that. So again, little quick recap of

where we left off. We were in the trial. We were talking to Tom, the neighbor, who was married

to Mary. They were with the group who found Kathleen in the bathtub.

Drew had called the locksmith.

They went in the house together and they asked Mary and now Tom about what they saw.

And they were talking at the end there about the deadbolt that Tom had installed on Kathleen's bedroom door

that when on the night that Kathleen was found deceased looked like it had been picked at,

broken, busted, hole, all that. So the defense questions Tom about it.

And they're like, hey, did you do that when you were installing it?

What condition was it in when you left it?

And he says that he did not make those scratches and indentations and that the door was

completely solid intact when he installed it.

So the defense, as Jen mentioned in the last episode, is going to ask for

another mistrial after Tom. Why, Tom? What did Tom do? Well, Tom had mentioned that he found a bullet

in his driveway that he thought had been placed there to scare him, intimidate him, from changing
