Anonymous: Hello I'm sure you've had clients before who have not got the results from the detox and CBO they expected. I just finished with CBO and have been taking the CBO finisher for 10 days now.. but I got a yeast infection in the vaginal area (I think I've had it for a looong time now) and in the last month of the CBO it just got a lot worse. The smell is very pungent and overwhelming and there's a lot of itching in the area. On some days it gets worse and I get UTI pain. It's very frustrating because I thought I would be feeling a lot better but overall it's all still the same.. Skin rashes, fibromyalgia symptoms, RA, anxiety, chronic pain, bloating, etc.. Erica: Hi Dr. Cabral I wanted your advice on an issue I've been having for 5 years now. I have this dizziness that is constantly there (rocking on a boat) and gets worse under stress. I'm seeing a ND currently that tried increasing my potassium, but didn't help. I also checked out my upper cervical spine and that's fine. My ENT suspects it has something to do with my central nervous system based on her tests. Knowing that info, what would you do? I did all the big 5 labs, and I have SIBO, h pylori, 2 high 2 low minerals, high cortisol, DHEA, testosterone, estrogen dominance, high mold, viral issues. Also had chronic lyme in the past. I feel like I keep cycling with doing this functional medicine work to no avail. I've improved a lot but the dizziness hasn't gotten better. Would love your thoughts

Lara: Hi, dr. Cabral.. I've been noticing either soy or sunflower lecithin in lots of products.. are these to stay away from or are they ok? And is the sunflower lecithin better than soy for someone with imbalanced hormones and doesn't consume soy otherwise for that reason?

I did the CBO Protocol, followed by the Finisher and Heavy Metal Detox, and was hoping this would get rid of my blepharitis and tinea versicolor. Although I got many great results, I still have issues with blepharitis and tinea. Do you know why that is/what else can I do to get rid of them both? I've battled with them for a very long time.
