Absolutely speaking of crazy world a lot of you probably watching the news you see that coronavirus spikes are all over the place and all that and that's not going to do anything to help people's mental state of mind right now if they're already struggling.

I was reading an article earlier this morning and it was a person talking about that since covid hit they lost their parent one of their parents to covid and since it hit they have really struggled to to leave their house.

Yeah one share it's like there's they're practically scared to death to leave the house and they were just starting to kind of feel like they could move on with life and now this is kind of triggered a little bit.

So it just goes to show everybody has different battles that they're fighting right now.

Yeah I just don't turn on news on this is too depressing for me.

I know but I just you know I'll just rather work think happy thoughts you know but we understand that you know a lot of people are struggling and you know it's it's hard but just try to hang in there and just do you and take every day day by day.

We want to let you know that if you are struggling you've got somebody you can talk to you can talk to myself Tracy the group has 50 almost 5200 people in it now awesome and you know like I said we're always looking to accept anybody who needs that extra little course.
