Is it weird having a show where just the two of us are doing it? It's a little weird. It is. I don't really know what to talk about. We can first talk about that mustache and how it's inferior to mine. It's not, though. You're just a fully shaven face. Are we rolling, Derek? Yeah, yeah. Is this? Okay. It's, it's, it's a nice mustache. It's a great mustache. Why did you decide to not go this thingy, whatever this is?

I trim that off because what I, what I equate that to is it's like climbing with a rope. You need a little, you know, oh, I'm so scared. I've got to have a rope for protection. You're either a fucking grown a mustache or you're not. Is that your segue? Because I have five o'clock shadow. This thing grows faster than my... You're more comfortable with beards in your life. I got it. Oh, okay. That's, for the people listening, that's, that's a joke that I, I'm a homosexual and, uh, my wife's my beard. It's all. She's a solid beard, though. She is.

I do like how my wife is like, hey, I want to go, I want to go see snow. Like, let's go see some snow. I'm like, fuck yeah, dude. My mom is in Colorado, like maybe Montana. She's like, let's go to Salt Lake City, Utah. I'm like the fucking place we used to live and I work at every single month for like a weekend.

Okay, so here we are. But it turned out to us be doing a podcast. And I think she's running around looking at snow and shopping. So it worked out. It's beautiful this time of year right now. It's wonderful. It is because there is a lot of snow in Salt Lake. it's it's one of the best, if not the best snow year we've had in five plus years easily. So I'm excited. I was here like three, two, three weeks ago. And then it dumped. It was a ridiculous amount of inch. Lots of inchage. How'd that?

I think that messed up. Oh, I don't think so. It's perfect. It's perfect. It looks great. I think it looks great. I'm, this is like my fourth cold brew today, so I'm going to be fucking wiry. This is my third pourover. So for those of you that don't follow me on Instagram, which I'm sure some of you do and some of you don't.

I do these pourovers with a chemax or I was using a Hario v60 yesterday.

If you're not in a coffee, that's fine.

Like you can make it in your Mr. Coffee or do whatever, you know, inferior coffee thing that you do.

But you're missing out.

If you're doing a really good coffee on proper ratios with temperatures, there's nothing like

it.
