Can you give us like a very quick elevator pitch back story, what you do, how you got to where you are and

whom you help? Sure, so like everybody else I'm a traveler, right? I'm on the I'm on the journey of life looking to be, you know, healthy and happy and to contribute and my passion is the human brain so I'm a behavioral neuroscientist and an entrepreneur

specializing in goal achievement versus goal setting and And the reason I chose

neuroscience is everything that's happening is happening in our

heads. And so I've been fascinated with this $100 billion brain that each one of us has and how to use it better to achieve more of what we want and to move away from what we don't want.
