Charlotte Fox-Weber is a Psychotherapist and an author.
As a therapist of many years, Charlotte saw an opportunity to turn the mic around on me for once and ask some questions about how I see myself and why I do what I do.
Definitely a change of pace today but I really enjoyed opening up. There are some takeaways in here which might illuminate your own mental state and thought patterns.

0:54.3 | But it felt, it felt really nice. I'm more than happy to be the person who does this and opens up about vulnerabilities and flaws and strengths and all the internal monologue stuff because I think that it's very important for all of us to hear something on the internet that isn't just someone saying, look at how cool I am, look at how good and resilient and robust and indestructible and progressed from last year I am. |
1:19.3 | So hopefully you'll take a lot away from today. I really enjoyed the process, Charlottes, like phenomenal at what she does. And we talk a lot about turning mental flaws into strengths, about overcoming past traumas from our childhood. |
1:33.3 | Yeah, it's a very different conversation to the one that I'm used to having on the show, but I really, really enjoyed it and I hope that you do too. |

3:56.3 | You got a baby out of it. Yeah, but you just like now half the size. Thank you. |
4:03.3 | So what we doing today you wanted to do this thing you said I have an idea for an episode I want to come on and talk to you. Absolutely. I I have a real interest in understanding the life of a podcaster. |
4:15.3 | And you're particularly good one I shouldn't just generalize it as a life of a podcaster because there are so many and that that doesn't narrow it down enough you ask exceptional questions you are constantly curious. |
4:29.3 | And say curiosity must be a driving force for you. What is it like to be a question asker a seeker a constant conversation list I want to get into your mind I'm I'm curious for what it says about you psychologically. |
