Welcome to a new month, and with it, a new Monthly Medicine episode of the podcast!
The theme for July is The Center of the Spiral. This month is providing us with beautiful opportunities to practice rooting into our center when life really starts to -- well, spiral. What are our comforts, anchors, sources of safety in those moments? What helps us to respond, rather than react when we feel scared and worried? Both the cards and the energy of the month will be helping us to build a deeper sense of self trust and a greater kinship with Spirit in joyful times, difficult times, and everything in between.
