Rubei Jeb Schwartz fell on the sword this morning, didn't he?

He really did and we haven't seen a whole lot of accountability around the football team since Sunday afternoon.

A lot of excuses, you know, a lot, you keep hearing, well there's no O TAs, no training camp, no preseason games. I don't want to hear that.

And I like the fact that Jim Schwartz, well, I don't like the fact that they got embarrassed and humiliated by the Rams, but he took the blame for everything.

And, you know, I think it's one of the reasons his guys play hard for him.

I mean, he will do that.

He doesn't throw anyone under the bus.

Although, you know, he did point out a couple individual guys

that struggled on specific plays, just kind of explaining that that but he took the blame for the

game plan and he said he told the guys after the game that it was his fault

this one's on me I liked hearing that and I think that and I think it's a good healthy thing for him to say that.

Yeah, so let me kind of break down what his explanation was for people who didn't hear it.

His basic explanation was they went into the game with a really simple

game plan and he realized after the third straight touchdown to begin that game,

that he should have had a more complex game plan

that would have allowed each individual

to focus in on their specific responsibilities

within that game plan.
