youth group about the power of addiction recovery through the 12 steps in the

Aetonement of Jesus Christ. I've also been studying a book called The War of Art which is all about this topic.

So today's podcast breaks down the why of what this is and the what and what to do about it.

about it actually was from Brooke, my sister Brooke, she was like you really should read

this. It was when I was

creating the becoming Code of Free Boot Camp and I was just kind of telling her some of the things

that were difficult that were coming up and she was like, oh yeah, any time you're creating

something new, that's going to happen and you should read the War of Art.

And I thought about it and then I think I was just so deep into my course creation that I didn't circle back and then in my book

writing which is what I'm deep into right now the kind of the formula that I'm using is A.J. Harper's write a must read, which if you're writing a book,

you have to read that book because it's amazing. My friend Spence, who's been on the podcast a couple of times, Spencer Taggart told me about the book

Write a must read. So I started reading it and I've been using it. I mean that has been like my template for writing this book,

but she references the War of Art in her book

Write a must read and she talks about how she she fangled over Stephen

Pressfield when she met him and just was like your book changed my life.
