0:27.2	the answer with you on the podcast. So recently, I've received so many DMs asking me how to start
0:34.5	a podcast, how to land big guests. How did you get Gary Vaynerchuk? How did you get Sarah Blakely?
0:40.2	So I keep getting these questions. First and foremost, this is sort of interesting. I don't really
0:45.6	think of it like how do you start a podcast or how do you start a business or how do you make a
0:50.4	career change? All those things are essentially the same, right? I mean, there can be some nuances
0:55.7	in regards to when you launch a podcast, should you just do solo episodes, aka what we're doing
1:02.0	right now? Or what category do you want to be in an Apple podcast? There are some nuances that
1:08.3	are unique. It's same thing with starting your own business. What product or service are you
1:12.8	going to sell? What problem do you sell? There are unique questions you're going to ask around it,
1:17.9	but here's the reality. This is what the majority of people struggle with. Just do it. Waiting
1:25.1	is not the answer. Done will always be better than perfect. Take messy action. And I've just
1:31.6	seen so many people wait so long. It's that analysis of paralysis, right? You just, you want it
1:38.3	to be the perfect time, the perfect conditions. Oh, the marketplace isn't right. All of that is
1:44.5	BS excuses. And I get it. Listen, for over a decade, I was not happy not living my best life,
1:52.1	not living up to my potential in a job, but I was afraid to leave. I was afraid to pull the trigger.
1:57.2	I didn't, I couldn't see what was on the other side of that, that gap, right? If I'm going to leap,
