0:00.0	So yeah, McDonald's it was. Oh, so you did work at McDonald's. I did. Yeah, I flipped burgers. I was a cashier. I was promoted really, really fast because I was capable of working like ridiculously long hours.
0:14.4	And he was telling me, you know,
0:17.4	the big problems of everything that exists today in the society
0:20.5	is because people don't dream big enough. It's because they put a ceiling, like put a hard cap on their ambitions.
0:26.0	If I had to pick up the laundry of a managing partner in my firm on Sunday night and deliver it on Monday, I'll do it.
0:35.6	I think the attitudes and just this desire to learn, there was two things that allowed me to succeed within that specific company.

1:32.0	I think COVID had such incredible impacts on how we think about work.
1:38.0	So today work is where we want it to be.
1:41.0	So I spent half of my time in New York City and half of my time in
1:46.2	Sopolo, Brazil. And what's the name of your company or firm that you invest in?
1:51.1	So the name of my media platform that I'm building in
1:54.8	Latin America is the J-curve and in addition to that I'm an investor in over
2:00.3	16 early- stage tech companies in US, Brazil and virtually all over the globe and they all have different names.
