Welcome to Grumpy Old Geeks, I'm Jason DeFilippo. And I'm Brian Schulmeister. Hello Jason.

I just want to make a quick note because I this just struck me and I think it's

kind of funny. We recorded a little early last week because it was a memorial day weekend.

So we recorded on Thursday and Jason, you brought up to me during the show as kind of a bombshell.

You're gonna post the show early because you wanted to go and have a nice barbecue on Monday

and that kind of for the two thoughts hit my head immediately when you said that and I didn't say

the amount loud. I wish I would have. First I was oh crap because normally I'd sit down in like

a Sunday evening. I write up all their social updates while I'm like watching John Oliver or

whatever and I'm like great. Now I'm gonna have to do that early. And then the second thought was

no fucking way. There's no way Jason is gonna get the show out early. At best it's gonna come out

late late late Sunday night normal Monday time. As all of you blisters know Thursday is when our show

came up. Yeah. Yeah. Well I wasn't gonna pressure you to do the socials early because I wanted you

to have a good weekend. I figured you'd do them at the same time every week and I was just trying

to get it out early but then disaster struck. I had all of the greatest intentions in the world

of getting this out early. I had all the you know like all the things are placed and ready to go.

The stars were aligned and then I ordered Domino's pizza. Now I've had food poisoning twice in my

life. It is I would not wish it on on an enemy but at least for me clears out fairly quickly

this this knocked you out for five days. Several days because it wasn't just that it triggered

something else because I've had like you know really bad food poisoning before that one time when I
