great start to 2021 so far. I've been receiving multiple messages and emails lately from my course students and

clients and podcast listeners about how stress has felt overwhelming lately and they want to know

how to manage stress better. I have to say I've also been feeling the pressure a little bit lately.

My work online has been dynamic and

challenging to keep up with and I also picked up lots of extra shifts at my part-time job over

Christmas and the new year. It's great because my partner, Decc and I are saving for our first

home, but I've also been feeling stressed more and I've had a lot less time for self-care.

So this got me thinking about creating an effective daily stress management plan

that would help me manage stress even when I didn't have much time.

I used my personal experiences and research and some things I learned during my psychology degree

to create this particular stress management plan and after implementing it and noticing a positive

change in my stress levels I thought I'd share it with you and I'm really excited. It's simple so you can
