0:19.8	Well, thank you. Thank you for having me on.
0:22.8	So, Jason, you know, we love getting on people who have, you know, big backgrounds in, in, in leadership,
0:29.4	and variety of different types of IT, IT work. You know, you caught our eye as somebody who's,
0:35.4	who's doing some great work in the field. Can you, Can you tell us a little bit about your background in IT and a little bit of what you're doing right now and a little bit about how you got to what you're doing right now?
0:47.2	So currently I'm working for AC Corporation, which is where HVAC installers for corporation maintainers.
0:57.0	It's kind of a new gig for me and it is my first official management job.
1:05.0	So I am new to the official management or leadership role.
1:11.6	I feel like I've done it for a long time,
1:15.6	leading specific teams and kind of stepping up to the plate when no one else would.
1:23.6	But yeah, this is the first time that I have the title to go with it.
1:29.3	So it's been a blessing, truly, and I'm excited to see what's next.

1:36.7	And you bring up a great point about how so much of the time when we get into, you know,
1:42.8	so many of us in IT, and especially as we move into
1:44.9	leadership, you spend a ton of time not being the leader in title, but being the leader
