| 1:42.1 | the habits that I love to follow is to sing in the morning. This is something |
| 1:46.7 | that takes no time, energy or money. And it's not important to be good at singing. |
| 1:52.9 | I'm a terrible singer as my children will often remind me. But there's |
| 1:56.9 | something about singing in the morning. You're signaling to yourself that you're |
| 1:59.8 | full of good cheer and energy. You're starting your day right. And it gives it |
| 2:03.7 | puts you into that emotional state. And that increases your energy and lifts |
