I don't know what's up, guys. Welcome to another episode of Modern Craftsman podcast. We have a repeat, Mr. Aaron Witt, repeat guest, not repeat podcast.

I was going to stop there, but it's more than bill with media when we chat with him. What was it two and a half years ago?

So he had 15 employees at that time and his business was primarily focused on capturing content specific to the dirt world.

And he quickly realized how that could be turned into a business to help solve one of the biggest crisis crisis is, is that a word crisis maybe in the construction industry, which is, you know, education and lack of people and obviously the replacement of everyone retiring.

And fast forward to today, he's got over 75 employees, he's got a creative team, he's got the media team, he's launched a software company and single handedly, you know, creating, he's created, they have created over 1500 training videos specific to educating people that want to get into a dirt world career.

It's really cool. He's doing obviously interesting podcast, interesting listen, very interesting guy, very driven, motivated.

It's, it's crazy to think and you'll hear this on the podcast that this was not his goal when he started this, his entire business development has been very organic.

And he hasn't really set these lofty goals, he just, he sees an opportunity and he goes after it and to see where he's gone from when he, he left school or left his job that he was working on a daily basis and decided to move home and start his own thing to where they are now.

It's impressive, especially with, with not having these goals in place and, and following a direct path to where he wanted to be. So it's a good listen, he's a great guest.
