Everyone out there listening, all 12 of you, the Thinkies,

the defensive awards that we like to hand out.

Cody, I've lost track, is this like the fifth or sick this might be the sixth annual

thinkies that we've done I can't I can't even quite remember I think it's your third

time at the rodeo and I think I think the first couple years we did this you there was like a torture there was a pain to it that

overtook your life for the period of scouting that leads up to you having to submit your ballot and go through this

process but I believe this year you've leaned into the pain and you are ready to go you

don't know what the results are yet I don't know what the results are yet I'm going

we're gonna reveal them live on it.

Like there's an envelope that an AI put together for us and we'll get to them in a second.

I think the issue, the last couple of years, because yeah, this is the third time I've done this.

It's incredibly difficult. This is the third time I've done this it's incredibly

difficult this is the hardest podcast of the entire year to prepare for because defense

is just there's no great metrics to discuss how good somebody's hands are

basically and I used to be afraid that people

were going to judge me that I'd listen to people be like if you think this then

you clearly don't watch basketball like someone's gonna tweet that at me

but now I'm like if somebody actually thinks that after this episode and goes through this exercise, they know how painstakingly impossible it is.
