Organic REV
The first thing to understand about REV is that it is not an ordinary humic acid product that is chemically-extracted from leonardite, lignite, or other coals. Rather, it is a 100% naturally-occurring carbon, humic acid & fulvic acid source - along with exceptionally high levels of naturally-occurring microbial biomass that can increase nitrogen efficiency by up to 25%.
REV replaces depleted soil carbon & bacterial biomass - and absorbs nutrients to make them more readily available to plants via their root systems.

Hey you guys. So here we are rounding out August and even if the weather still feels like

0:06.0

full-fledged summer, you're starting to feel the shift, aren't you? The nights are getting longer,

0:12.6

the evenings are getting cooler, at least that's what I usually experience this time of year,

0:17.4

although sometimes summer hangs on a little bit longer than we want it to.

0:27.3

But regardless, fall is the time that we need to start thinking about planting garlic.

0:32.2

I've talked about garlic a lot. Actually, I'll have lots of different episodes in the show notes. If you're a new listener and you want to go back and listen to those. But today,

0:36.2

I'm going to be talking about different types

0:38.3

of garlic that you can grow because here's the thing about garlic. To me, it is the easiest, most

0:45.9

hands-off thing that I grow in my garden. It's the one really that I recommend new beginning

0:51.3

gardeners begin. The problem is a lot of new first-time gardeners start

0:56.3

deciding to garden in the spring and garlic needs to be planted in the fall. So if you're listening

1:00.8

to this, then this is your cue to get on it and plan for planting garlic this fall. Now I mentioned

1:08.9

that garlic is the easiest, most hands-off crop that I grow,

1:13.3

but what I have found is that the hardest part about growing garlic is actually selecting what

1:19.6

kind you're going to grow and trying to figure out where to get it. So today I'm going to be

1:25.0

breaking down lots of things regarding the different types of garlic that are available.

1:29.3

And that way you can decide what you might want to go with this year whether you're a first-time garlic grower

1:35.3

or you're like me and you've kind of grown the same things year after year and you want to see what else is out there and if you could possibly grow it in your climate.

1:45.5

Or maybe you have to grown garlic before

1:47.4

and it hasn't been as easy

1:48.5

and you haven't gotten as good of a harvest

1:50.6

as you expected to.
