She is a Mexican-American artist, who was born and raised in Inglewood. Success came very young for Becky, her first big single, Shower, was released when she was just fifteen years old. For her, being famous at such a young age was a huge blessing as it gave her a stronger sense of self, for when she began her hispanic project at age 19. Her advice to young girls is to be self-confident and stay true to themselves. Tune in to hear us talk about Becky’s upbringing and where she sees herself in five years!
